I’ve started hosting paint nights and parties at Seeds of Hope Counseling in Shrewsbury, PA. They have a beautiful studio space downstairs and the proceeds go towards helping families who couldn’t afford therapy otherwise. It feels great to be sharing the joy of art-making in my local community and to know I’m helping to make mental health help more accessible.
